TERMS & CONDITIONS
We will not be held responsible for any loss of the subject whilst on surveillance. A minimum of 6 hours per operative is charged each day and is charged in the event of any loss or cancellation by the client.
All operations to include "plus expenses". These will normally be the following.
1. Use of public transport.
2. Undercover expenses during undercover work.
3. Any fees to public or private functions necessary during surveillance.
4. Any other expenses will first be agreed by the client in advance.
Refunds
If, due to unforseen circumstances, surveillance and/or other work agreed cannot be carried out, then a refund will be arranged. A cancellation of surveillance by the client at short notice will normally incur a charge of 4 hours. All monies must be paid in advance for all work carried out. Any balance outstanding to us must be settled within 48 hours (unless agreed otherwise). Any balance outstanding to the client will be refunded within 7 days. We offer no guarantee of results in any surveillance or work that we undertake .
